TABAIBAL TINTO BARRICA (Red)

Varieties: Negramoll and castellana

Barrel: Three months in French and American oak

Appearance: Dark cherry red with violet aftertones.

In glass: High intensity, spices, balmy, toasted, elegant and mineral. Memories of red fruits.

In mouth: Good duration, structured, balanced, notes of smoke

Serving temperature: 15º - 18º


TABAIBAL TINTO (Red)

Appearance: Cherry red, violet. Clean

In glass: Good intensity. Spices, black fruit, balmy, elegant and mineral

In mouth: Good intensity. Flavourful, rounded. Agreeable duration

Serving temperature: 15º - 18º

TABAIBAL ROSADO

Varieties: Listán negro, negramoll

Appearance: Strawberry with cherry tones, clean and bright

In glass: Medium intensity, fruity, open, notes of caramel, strawberries, raspberries.

In mouth: Balanced, fruity, with taste and character in the nose.

Serving temperature: 10º - 12º

TABAIBAL BLANCO

Varieties: Listán blanco, gual, verdello

Appearance: Greenish-yellow, bright, steely details.

In glass: Medium intensity, fruity, pineapple, stewed white fruits, balmy-vegetable edge.

In mouth: Agreeable passage, flavourful and with medium persistence.

Serving temperature: 8º - 10º
